Antique Airplane Fly-in

Historic and not-so-historic airplanes converge at Pioneer Village Field.  Airplanes of all types will be displayed and judged; educational seminars are offered throughout the day. A pancake breakfast, demonstration flights and closing banquet offer something for everyone.

Elderhostel

This extensive program focuses on the great Sandhill Crane migration. Experts in the study and migration of the Sandhill Crane present various seminars and lead participants in field studies along the Platte River Corridor.

Invention Convention

Youth from around central Nebraska bring their homemade inventions to compete for awards and a chance to show their invention at the State competition.

Pioneer Village Days

The 57th Anniversary of the Harold Warp Pioneer Village.  Inventors from small towns to large cities gather to display their newest concepts, conceived in garages, sheds and kitchens and brought to life with dedication, commitment and purpose, surrounded by thousands of yesteryears' most popular inventions.

Echoes of Independence

A historic celebration of our Nation's Independence as it would have been done 100 years ago with old fashioned carnival games, activities and a traditional band concert. Concert begins at 2 pm featuring the Maverick Band.
